Our Association in Newport Coast conducted a seal coating project last year. GuardTop provided the specifications for our project to ensure that the proposals we received were all equal comparisons which was extremely helpful in determining which contractor to use. In addition, the company representative was onsite each day through the duration of the project collecting samples of the diluted material to verify that the contractor was providing proper dilution ratios in accordance with their specifications.
